“The gifts he gave were that some would be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, to equip the brothers and sisters for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ” (Eph 4:11-12).
From 13-16 July 2023, the General Head Office is organising a formation seminar on the variety of ministries within Koinonia John the Baptist.
Each of us have been given a particular gift from the Lord to be used to serve the community and the Church, in order to be built up together as living stones. As good administrators of God’s gifts, it is our responsibility to recognise them and make them grow in us, and in the brothers and sisters entrusted to our pastoral care.
Of primary importance for those who hold positions of responsibility, this seminar will be also useful for every Koinonia member, on their individual formation path.
Dates
The work of the seminar begins on Thursday 13 July at 9am and concludes on Sunday 16 July at 1pm.
Participation includes full board, with all meals from the evening meal on 12 July to lunch on 16 July (drinks not included).
