Remembering the martyrdom of our patron, John the Baptist, let’s ask for his powerful intercession so that the Lord reclothes us with zeal, enthusiasm and, if necessary, the courage to witness to Jesus alive in every circumstance. Let’s remember our call: to be the willing voice of the Word.
